Jerel is able to speak from experience & his own many years of devotion as a professional footballer! Advising on diet as well as really pushing you with great and varied workouts! You get to see the results week on week, and is that final piece of the jigsaw to keep you focused and committed! I had gym membership already, and not only was this a great complimentary (probably better) workout, but also helped me get so much more out of my gym membership as "homework" (yes he does check!! :-) ). I would recommend VERY highly! Helped by being a really nice person, and is able to base your regime on what is right for you, not just doing the same for everyone!

I would most definatly recommend Jerel, he has motivated me to want to work out, which is what I needed help with, once I started seeing the changes it pushed me and gave me to motivation to want to carry on. Over the 12 weeks he has taught me a lot about what is needed to carry on, with an eating plan and also different workouts. Very friendly guy and easy to get along with the workout sessions are fun too! Overall very happy!
Very hesitant at the beginning however Jerel made the sessions enjoyable and the fact he can relate to a similar interest (football) made it all the more enjoyable! The sessions were always high intensity but to my individual needs which meant I only had to better myself not everyone else!! Definitely recommend Jerel to anyone who is looking to tackle their own lifestyle challenges!!
